Help Surbhi raise money

Hi everyone! 

This October, I am taking on the TCS Toronto Waterfront 5K to raise $500 for the Canadian Cancer Society, with my fundraising supporting childhood cancer research.

Cancer touches far too many families, and when it affects a child, the impact can last a lifetime. An estimated 1,000 children in Canada ages 0–14 are expected to be diagnosed with cancer this year. While more children are surviving cancer and growing into adulthood, many survivors experience long-term health effects from their treatment. There is still so much more we can do.

That is why I am running.

Every donation, no matter the amount, helps support research aimed at finding better ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer, while also helping children and families navigate the challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis.
