My Story…
I landed at Good Foot while doing my MBA in Community Economic Development, a program built on the idea that businesses can do more than extract value. Before that, I spent years working in small, community-based business, engaging with some version of the same question: what does it look like to build an economy around care instead of profit? Good Foot is one of the clearest answers I've found so far.
I genuinely believe that a world that prioritizes care can save us from the worst of capitalism. Not necessarily by rejecting the market entirely, but by refusing to let profit be the only thing that counts as "business." At Good Foot, tending to the wellbeing of the autistic/neurodivergent community is what we're here for, even while we're out there competing for delivery business. That relational work isn't something we do on the side. It's the whole point of our existence, and it's why I show up for work every day and why I'm fundraising in the TCS Charity Challenge.
Your donation helps fund the support, care, and community that make a job at Good Foot more than a job. Every dollar goes toward proving that another way of doing business is possible, one where people's lives matter more than the bottom line. If that's a future you want to help build, I'd be so grateful for your support.
Thank you! And Let's Go Good Foot!!! 🏃🏼♀️➡️💙
