Help Caroline raise money

This year, I'm lacing up for the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon on October 17th. I'm running for HF Care Foundation that funds mental health support for East and Southeast Asian communities.

In many of our families and communities, mental health struggles are carried quietly. Stigma, language barriers, and a lack of culturally relevant care mean that people who need support often don't get it — or don't know where to turn. HF Care Foundation is working to change that, building programs and resources designed with our community, not just for it.

Every donation, big or small, goes directly toward HF Care Foundation's work to expand access to culturally rooted mental health resources, reduce stigma, and make sure no one in our community feels alone in what they're carrying.
