My Story…
Running 21.1 KM for Mental Health!
Hey everyone!
This Sunday, October 18, I’ll be running the 2026 TCS Toronto Waterfront Half Marathon, and this time I’m running for more than just a personal goal!
I’m raising funds in support of HF Care Foundation’s Miles of Smiles team, helping raise awareness about mental health, break down stigma, and support individuals and families in our communities.
Running has become a big part of my life over the past couple of years. What started as a personal fitness journey has turned into something much bigger. From struggling through my early runs to completing my first full marathon earlier this year, I’ve learned that progress isn’t always easy, but every step forward counts.
And I think the same can be said about mental health. We all face challenges, sometimes ones that others can’t see. Having a supportive community and knowing we’re not alone can make a world of difference.
That’s why I’m dedicating these 21.1 kilometres to a cause that matters.
If you’re able to donate, whether it’s $5, $10, $20, or whatever you can spare, every contribution helps!
And if donating isn’t possible, sharing this page or sending some encouragement means just as much!
Thank you to everyone who’s supported me throughout my running journey. Let’s make these kilometres count for something bigger!
Let’s run for stronger minds, healthier communities, and more smiles!
