Our Story...

We are the Mindful Movers, HF Care's youth-only team at the Toronto Waterfront Marathon on October 17.

Our team is all about having fun, cheering each other on, and of course, a free pizza party 🍕

For many of us, this is our first time taking part in an event like this for our community. We’re learning what it means to be supported by our community, and how it feels to make a real difference.

We’ve set a goal of 100 community gifts (no matter the size) to support 700+ peers in our youth programs, and many others who are not yet aware of HF Care's services.

Every contribution reinforces our belief that when we reach out, we are always met with support and hope.
