My Story…

Hi friends, For many years now, I’ve had the privilege of running the Pride and Remembrance Run, an event that this year is proudly supporting the work we do at Casey House. Through my work at Casey House, I see every day how essential compassionate, inclusive care is for people living with and at risk of HIV. This run is both a celebration of our community and a time to honour those we’ve lost — and for me, it’s a meaningful tradition of showing up, year after year. If you’re able, I’d be grateful if you’d consider supporting our Casey House Team and, in doing so, the work we do each and everyday at Casey House. The pride & remembrance run is dedicated to lifting up and raising funds for important 2SLGBTQ+ programs in the GTA.  

These 4 incredible non-profit organizations are doing amazing work in the 2SLGBTQ+ community. The beneficiaries for this year’s run are: the 519, Casey House, Canvas Programs, and the Pride and Remembrance Foundation.

It’s fast and easy to donate, and tax receipts will be issued for every donation over $20. Every donation matters, as we try to reach our goal of raising $350,000 this year! The projects and initiatives that these organizations are developing will make a difference to so many members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and the community would be so grateful for your donation.
