My Story…

Second time running the Toronto Pride Run, second Pride - I guess this is becoming a tradition.


Last year’s run was a total last-minute accident, but it ended up being one of the best experiences of my life.


I’m still figuring things out, but I’m happy to report I don’t feel alone anymore. I’m a lot less scared, and this community means everything to me. I feel so much love in my life because of it - and because of all of you 💜


Thank you for supporting LGBTQ+ organizations in Toronto and helping make Pride more than just a weekend. Thank you for building spaces where people can exist without shrinking, where someone can feel safe, seen, and real - sometimes for the first time.

Description

The pride & remembrance run is dedicated to lifting up and raising funds for important 2SLGBTQ+ programs in the GTA.  

These 4 incredible non-profit organizations are doing amazing work in the 2SLGBTQ+ community. The beneficiaries for this year’s run are: the 519, Casey House, Canvas Programs, and the Pride and Remembrance Foundation.

It’s fast and easy to donate, and tax receipts will be issued for every donation over $20. Every donation matters, as we try to reach our goal of raising $350,000 this year! The projects and initiatives that these organizations are developing will make a difference to so many members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and the community would be so grateful for your donation.
