My Story…
Last year I raised over $555.00 in the Pride and Remembrance Run, and this year, I hope to do the same! I love this event and all that it stands for!
Each year the Pride and Remembrance Association selects community charities who receive the charitable pledges. Since 1996, the pride & remembrance run has raised over $3.7 million for charities. This year, funds will be distributed between CANVAS Arts Action Programs (Canvas Programs); Casey House; The 519 and The Pride and Remembrance Foundation.
Description
The pride & remembrance run is dedicated to lifting up and raising funds for important 2SLGBTQ+ programs in the GTA.
These 4 incredible non-profit organizations are doing amazing work in the 2SLGBTQ+ community. The beneficiaries for this year’s run are: the 519, Casey House, Canvas Programs, and the Pride and Remembrance Foundation.

It’s fast and easy to donate, and tax receipts will be issued for every donation over $20. Every donation matters, as we try to reach our goal of raising $350,000 this year! The projects and initiatives that these organizations are developing will make a difference to so many members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and the community would be so grateful for your donation.
