This year, I’m running my very first 5K as part of the Pride & Remembrance Run, a milestone I’m proud of both personally and as a member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community. Training for this run has been a reminder of what Pride is really about: showing up, supporting one another, and creating space where everyone can thrive.
I’m fundraising for four incredible organizations — The 519, Casey House, Canvas Programs, and the Pride and Remembrance Foundation — each doing essential work across the GTA. From community programs to affirming health care to arts‑based education, these organizations make a real difference in people’s lives.
Every donation helps us move closer to our collective goal of $350,000, and contributions over $20 receive a tax receipt. Thank you for supporting my run and helping strengthen the community that supports so many of us.

It’s fast and easy to donate, and tax receipts will be issued for every donation over $20. Every donation matters, as we try to reach our goal of raising $350,000 this year!
