Our perfect Claire Bear became an angel far too soon, leaving us unexpectedly on June 7, 2024, at just 6 weeks old.
She was just beginning to smile, with the sweetest chubby cheeks, beautiful blue eyes, and a way of capturing the hearts of everyone she met. Claire completed our family, and we had so many dreams, milestones, and adventures ahead of us. Our lives will never be the same without her.
Our hearts are forever broken, and we hold onto the hope that one day we will have her in our arms again. Mommy, Daddy, big brother Nick, and little sister Gracie love and miss you always, sweet girl. 🤍
This year, we are walking/running in Claire's memory and in support of other families who have experienced the unimaginable loss of a child. In the days following Claire's passing, we received care packages from Bridget's Bunnies that brought comfort during the darkest time of our lives. We are forever grateful for their kindness and hope to help ensure that other grieving families receive the same love and support when they need it most.

We’re proud to be participating in Bridget’s Run to raise funds for Bridget’s Bunnies, a charity that supports individuals and families enduring pregnancy and infant loss. Behind every donation is a family carrying unimaginable grief, and a community coming together to remind them they are not alone.
As a team, we’re fundraising to help Bridget’s Bunnies continue providing compassionate support, meaningful resources, and a sense of connection to those navigating loss.

Where does the money go?
Bridget's Run for Pregnancy and Infant Loss is a 1km or 5km charity fun run, walk or hop in support of Bridget's Bunnies Pregnancy and Infant Loss Foundation, and individuals and families experiencing loss.
Funds raised by Bridget’s Run support grieving families in our region through:
- Bridget’s Bunnies Comfort Kits
- Little Loss Libraries
- Legacy & Remembrance
- Free Resources
