Women’s health, both mental and physical, has always been an issue deeply important to me. As someone who has struggled with my own mental health, I know how important accessible support systems and community programs can be. Having programs specifically designed for women and the unique challenges we face is such an important part of building healthier communities. Being able to participate in the Run for Women is an amazing opportunity to not only challenge myself personally, but also help raise funds and awareness for a cause that impacts so many lives. Every donation helps support women in accessing the care, resources, and support they deserve. Thank you so much for supporting me and this incredible cause. I’m running for all of the women in my life who continue to show up every single day with resilience, compassion, and strength.
