My favourite annual run: Run for Women! 🥰
I love what this run stands for. Raising awareness and money towards resources for women’s mental health in BC. I’m not ashamed to say I have struggled with my mental health in the past, and relied on resources and my support systems to get through tough times.
When I was struggling I turned to running as a positive outlet along side multiple other clinical resources. Without these I wouldn’t be in the healthy and positive place that I am now. I love that this event brings those two things together a love for running and mental health support.
