Help Melanie raise money

I’m proud to share that I’m participating in my 6th 5K in support of the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women to raise funds for women’s mental health initiatives.   This cause is deeply personal to me. There was a time in my life when I struggled with my own mental health and had to make the brave decision to reach out for support. That experience taught me something powerful: asking for help is not weakness, it is strength.   Because of that, I walk.   I walk for the women who are still struggling quietly. I walk for the women who are learning to speak up. I walk to help break the stigma and to remind others that support should never be out of reach.   Mental health resources save lives, restore hope, and help women rebuild their confidence and resilience. Every step I take is in honour of that strength.   This year, my goal is to raise $100, and I would be incredibly grateful for your support. Every donation, no matter the amount, goes directly toward providing essential mental health.
