Join us for the Lakeland Life 5K — a fun and energetic community run through the beautiful trails of IH Park, starting at 9 AM. Whether you're a runner, a fitness enthusiast, or just looking for a healthy way to spend your morning, there's something for everyone. After the 5K, stick around for our Fitness Expo featuring:
- Local wellness and fitness vendors
- Fitness class previews & demonstrations happening throughout the day
- A delicious food truck on site
Expo runs until 1 PM – come and go as you please!
Registration – The 5k registration fee is $20 for adults, $15 for children - Registration includes a T-Shirt. Registration ends June 4th, after that, registration will be $10 with no T-shirt option.

- Race Management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions
- Registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to "Acts of God".
