August 9, 2025 6:30A-7:45A: Near the starting line with a $5 extra charge. Please allow at least 20 minutes to get to registration from the parking area and ready for the start of the race. No Registration After 7:45 AM on Race Day.

The 11th annual Raceway 5K and 3K Fun Run/Walk on the historic Meadowdale International Raceway in Raceway Woods in Carpentersville. Experience all the curves, straightaways, bank turns, and hills this challenging race has to offer. Or take a leisurely pace through one of the most scenic preserves in northeastern Illinois. This is a rare event where you can bring your dog for some exercise and some special swag.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the charities of the Rotary Club of Carpentersville including the Carpentersville F.I.S.H. Food Pantry, and Operation Warm – new coats purchased for Carpentersville kids in need. Thanks for supporting these efforts. We look forward to seeing you out there.

When registering, you will be asked if you will participate in person or virtually.

Follow these easy steps to prepare for your tracking:
 TRACKING STEPS 1. Download the ASICS Runkeeper™ app to your phone and create an account or scroll down to log into an existing account Once you have completed your 5K or 3K distance in the app, save your workout and it will automatically post to Race Roster results. (This step must be followed from your mobile device) |
 VIEWING AND POSTING MANUAL RESULTS If you plan to record using another software or tracking device or post manually from what is recorded on your watch, simply head here and "Submit Virtual Result" any time during the month of August. |
FAQS:
- To record with tracking on the ASICS Runkeeper™ app, you will need to run or walk with your phone or with a connected wearable (see instructions below)
- You do not have to track with these technologies, it is optional!
