FIRST RUN 5k

Join us for FIRST RUN 2026, a fun-filled 5K hosted by the Chaguanas Fire Station! Start your year with fitness, community, and excitement as runners and families come together for a safe and enjoyable course through the area.

Enjoy wellness booths, giveaways, and great prizes for top finishers, plus hampers for kids and seniors.

Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering, it’s the perfect way to kick off the new year with energy and purpose.

Begin on Blijah Road, in front of Baron Foods’ main gate.

Proceed left onto Blijah Road Extension, then take a right turn onto Blijah Road.

Continue south along the Caroni Savannah Road, then turn left onto Rene Street.

From Rene St, make a left turn onto Xavier St, followed by a right turn onto 10th Ave.

Left turn on to Mineola Boulevard followed by a left turn onto Freemont Boulevard, make a right turn onto Xavier St. proceed on to Endeavour connector Rd.

Take a left on Endeavour Connector Road and a right onto Caroni Savannah Road.

Continue north along Caroni Savannah Rd, then then right onto IDC St.

Proceed right onto Biljah Rd Extension, then turn left and then a right onto Sookhai Blvd

Concluding the route in front of the Chaguanas Fire Station.
