EPIC Fitness Christmas Miles for Healthy Ageing 1k/5k is more than a race, it’s a celebration of movement, wellness, community, and the gift of healthy living. Whether you’re walking, jogging or running, every step is a reminder that the choices we make today can help us live stronger and add years to life. Bring your family, friends and come experience the energy of Christmas with us as we move for a healthier future, one mile at a time. Part proceeds will be donated to the Bridges to the Heart Non-Profit Organization, to assist in funding their end of year Christmas outreach project, which will benefit a number of senior citizens’ homes locally.
