Run Through the Caribbean is a 12-month virtual race series celebrating the Caribbean, one island at a time.

Each month, participants complete the required distance and earn one custom designed medal inspired by a different Caribbean country. Every medal is unique, collectible, and professionally designed to reflect the culture, landmarks, and energy of that island.

Run or walk anywhere, at your own pace, on your own schedule. Submit your distance, receive your medal, and continue the journey month by month.

Completing your Virtual 5K:

1. Run/Walk your 5K

Complete your 5K anywhere you choose: Road, Park, Neighbourhood, Beach Treadmill etc.

Walk, jog or run! Your pace, your way.

2. Send proof of completion

  • Track your activity from a running app (Strava, Nike Run Club, Garmin, Fitbit etc.)
  • Screenshot the activity
  • Submit your proof via Whatsapp - (868) 489-4041)
