Global Running Day is a celebration of the sport we love and the people we love to do it with! Every F2R Run Club will be celebrating with a 5K event, or you can join in the festivities anywhere on the globe with a virtual 5K. Every participant will receive an official race shirt, as well as a finisher's medal and be entered to win some fantastic running gear from Brooks, On, Aetrex, Hypercie, Roll Recovery, Aftershokz, Hoka, Nathan and more.

Come on out and meet health and fitness professionnals Tina Meyer and Taylor Holland, plus a warmup and cool down provided by Stretchzone. We'll have refreshments from Chicken Kitchen and Nuun as well as beer specials after the run!

Run ANYWHERE (in the US)! If you can't make it to a local Fit2Run for Global Running Day you can celebrate with us in spirit by participating in the Virtual 5K. All Virtual 5K participants will be mailed an official race shirt and finisher's medal and be registered to win the race day giveaways. Please note virtual runner packets can only be shipped in the United States, International shipping is not available at this time. (Runners who sign up by 5.28.19 will receive their virtual runner packet prior to 6.3.19. If you sign up after 5.28 you are still eligible to participate, but your packet may arrive after race day)

The Global Running Day 5K will be timed with Strava and registered participants who join the group will be eligible for exclusive prizes.
Already running with Strava? Join F2R Run Club and connect with us! Track your time in the Global Running Day Virtual 5K group event on race day and earn more chances to win. In addition to raffles the top 3 male and top 3 female finishers will win Fit2Run Gift Cards.
Times must be uploaded to Strava by 12pm EST on June 6th to be eligible to win top finisher prizes.
