This 4 Mile foot race has been run on the B.C. day weekend in Comox for as long as many of us can remember. It starts in front of the Comox Town Hall office at 9:00am sharp and tours around Comox streets and neighbourhoods for 4 Miles (roughly 6.5 kilometers) until finishing on Comox Avenue in front of the vacant lot which was the site of the old Lorne Hotel (1770 Comox Avenue). This is where the beverages, snacks and awards will take place directly after the last finisher.
You can enter as an individual racer, 12 years and up. Or a 2 or 4 person team and have your finish times combined for placing, 12 years and up.
The Comox Nautical Days Parade begins at 10:30 and goes right past our finish area so you will not miss any of the show. Parking can be an issue with so much going on in Comox that day. Please note that Comox Avenue will be closed to traffic from 9:00am to 1:00pm on Monday, August 5.
There will be race day registration (August 5) from 8:00 - 8:45am for $15.00 per person.... cash or cheque only please.

Enter as a 2 person team. You will both run the entire 4 miles and then your race times will be combined to create your team's finish time.

Gather 4 racers and enter as a team. Your combined race times will give you your team finish time. Each of you will still run the 4 mile distance.
