**Sirena 6 Hour Individual & Relay**
We're excited to continue the SIRENA 6 Hour again this year! Participants in the Sirena 6 Hour will challenge themselves to run or hike as many 3 Mile loops as they can within the 6 hour time limit. Challenge yourself as an Individual or part of a 2 Person Relay Team. Participants will have access to a designated crew/drop bag area along the finish chute and will also have access to a special 6 Hour Aid Station stocked with all the fun food and snacks needed to fuel for 6 hours of fun! We're talking pancakes, quesadillas, melons, and more.

Laura Cortez is a trail runner born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. In an effort to further discover the land and culture that shaped the generations before her, Laura set out to establish an FKT on a route from the city of Amecameca to the summit of Iztaccíhuatl.
Know To Run: Yatika

Know to Run focuses on themes of “what are land acknowledgements” and the inclusion of local Indigenous communities being part of the trail running community, making running and outdoor spaces more accessible and equitable.
Red Needle
Directed by Dom Bush and Simon Sylvester
Duration: 6 minutes
Ultra-runner Sarah Gerrish lost one ovary to cancer at 15 and the second to surgery at 36. Red Needle explores the stigma, trauma and lessons learned from Sarah’s life-changing experience as she uses trail running to help her on her journey.
Brian Reynolds: The Leadville Trail 100
Directed by Michael Grasela
Duration: 16 minutes
Brian Reynolds is a double amputee below the knee athlete who grew up overcoming many challenges in his life but never had a role model he could look up to. In this film, Brian attempts the famous Leadville 100 Ultra Trail Marathon out in Colorado in order to advocate for all para athletes that nothing is impossible.
Run Like a Kid

Well Worn Life with Dani Reyes-Acosta

Dani Reyes-Acosta is a mountain athlete, land cultivator, and storyteller whose path consistently seeks the limits of her possibility. Dani is a visceral example of how self-care and self-determination can harmonize via the outdoors.

MERMAID DASH
Mermaid Dash
The Mermaid Dash is a great way to introduce girls and boys to trail running. The fun run/walk/hike allows youth to participate and experience the joy of crossing the finish line in a safe and supportive environment. Mermaid Dash athletes receive a finisher's medal, finisher's necklace, and post race food.
Parents are encouraged to let Mermaid Dash athletes run/hike on their own, however a parent or guardian is welcome to run alongside young or shy Mermaid Dash athletes.
Time: 11:00 a.m. (Ages 6 - 12)
Entry Fee: $15.00** (online)

PARKING
Parking at Huddart Park is limited. We encourage all participants to carpool to the event.
NOTE: THERE IS NO PARKING ON KINGS MOUNTAIN ROAD OR ALONG THE ENTRANCE TO THE PARK BEFORE THE RANGER'S HUT.
