PARKING
FREE Parking is available at Algonquin Middle School. Park in the front of the school and then proceed to walk to the back of the school for the event. 520 Longwood Drive, Algonquin, Illinois 60102

WATER STATIONS AND RACE DAY REFRESHMENTS
There will be water stations tables set up along the 5k & 10k running courses. 5k runners will have a water opportunity two times during the race. 10k runners will have a water opportunity four times during the race. ALL runners will have water provided before & after the race at the start/finish line. It is important to hydrate properly for any paced run/walk event.

RACE DAY REFRESHMENTS
A variety of refreshments will be available before and after the race in addition to water stations along the course. Special THANKS to Trader Joe's, Einstein Bagels & Starbucks for their generous donations.

FOR YOUR ADDITIONAL SAFETY
We are pleased to announce that we will have a group of bicyclists to help guide you along the way! They will be at the head of the pack to lead you, middle of the pack and end to ensure everyone's safety. Special THANKS to Rob, Zane & their team at Trek Algonquin for donating their time! Check out their shop in Algonquin at 2379 S. Randall Road in Algonquin. We will also have some safety cones in certain areas to assist in guiding our runners and keeping them safe which are provided by our Algonquin Public Works team. Additionally, the Algonquin Police and EMT will be there to assist! We cannot THANK each of them enough for what they do for our community! THANK YOU all for helping to make our race safe & fun!

It is the runner's responsibility to review the course map prior to the event. In addition to volunteers helping to direct the runners, we will have the streets & path marked with mile marker signs, directional signs as well as street spray painted* arrows to help guide you. (*Paint: Green for 1-mile run & White for 5k & 10k run)
