My Story…
Dear Lighthouse Supporters,
Thank you for generously supporting my efforts to raise funds for the Lighthouse Program for Grieving Children by purchasing Easter bunny raffle tickets last spring. This spring I am fundraising again for the Lighthouse by participating in the Mercedes-Benz 10K run.
Eighteen years ago my 36 year old sister passed away leaving behind a devastated 3 year old daughter to grieve her loss. Thus began my interest in the LIghthouse Program. Today I am a Lighthouse group facilitator and witness first-hand how the program supports children and their families through grief. There is no way around grief; the only way is through it.
Please consider making a pledge. All donations $25.00 and up will receive a tax receipt. And, a generous Lighthouse donor has offered to match funds raised up to $50,000 dollars!!
