Help Laurie raise money

The Lighthouse Program for Grieving Children has become very special to me in the recent past due the loss of a couple of very dear girlfriends. One family in particular has been helped significantly by this amazing organization and as a result I have been drawn in to help it grow and thrive as much as possible. I'm walking 10 km in support of this very worthy organization. The Lighthouse is a registered charity providing peer support - completely free of charge - for grieving children, youth and their families in the Halton and Peel area. The Lighhouse is a forum for companionship with others learning to cope with the loss of a mother or father, brother or sister. The Lighthouse is currently bursting at the seams so we are moving from our tiny home to a larger home that will accommodate 2x's as many families in need, with a dedicated room for teens, where they can share space all in the company of peers struggling with similar losses.
