My Story…
Hi everyone,
I am participating in the Mercedes Benz 10K run/walk on Sunday, April 26, 2015 in support of the Lighthouse Foundation. My friend, Jennifer, has organized a team called "Team Steph" in memory of her sister, Stephanie Pierce, who passed away in 2008. Our team is raising funds for the new teen room called "Steph's Place" in Lighthouse's new home planned for 2016.
The Lighthouse is a registered charity providing peer support, completely free of charge, for grieving children, youth and their families in the Halton and Peel area. The Lighthouse is a forum for a companionship with others learning to cope with the loss of a mother, father, brother or sister.
