Come join the first Fredericton Wine Run on August 15, 2015

Location: Lighthouse on the Green
Distance: 5 Km
Course: 5 KM Route
Wine tasting: BrewBakers, 546 King St, Fredericton, NB E3B 1E6
Time: after the run until 4 PM

Custom wine glass
9, 2oz Samples of wine

Water stops during run
* not a chip timed event, no medals or shirts, just some good wine and food
Teams
Sign up your teams of 3-5 runners and look out for some fun prizes for best dressed, fastest times, and highest fundraising; plus it's a chance to create your team name, shirts, or anything fun.
Charity
All money raised will go to Team Diabetes, and support type one diabetes research. The run cost of $35 includes tax and will cover all costs for the run, etc. Please consider donating to fight Diabetes, all donations after the registration fee will recieve a tax receipt.

Where and when is the registration?
At the Lighhouse on the Green from 10:30 AM to 11:50 AM (show up early).
What times does the run start and where?
The run starts at 12 noon on the trail next to the Lighthouse.
Is the event Chip timed?
No, there is no chip timing, medals or t-shirts.
When do I drink wine?
After the run, you will go to Brewbakers patio (546 King St.) to receive wine tickets (9 tickets for 2 oz samples) and your finishers wine glass.
Where is parking?
Lots of parking downtown; however you should plan on leaving your car at home. Please don’t drink and drive.
Can I buy more Wine?
Yes, the bar at Brewbakers will be open.
Are there water stops on the course?
Yes, there will be one at the 2.5 km turn around; plus there are 3 water fountians along the route.
Please ensure you know the routes for the run.
