Help Jennifer raise money

"Team Steph" celebrates the memory of my sister, Stephanie Pierce, who passed away in 2008, leaving two grieving teenagers, by raising funds for the teen room, “Steph’s Place”, that is being built in the new home for Lighthouse. Team Steph is celebrating what would have been Steph's 60th birthday this year. The Lighthouse is a registered charity providing peer support – completely free of charge -- for grieving children, youth and their families in Halton and Peel. The Lighthouse is a forum for companionship with others learning to cope with the loss of a mother or father, brother or sister. The new home will accommodate twice as many families in need, and Steph’s Place will be a dedicated room for the many teens who need our services, a place where they can shoot some pool, play ping pong, make popcorn, all in the company of peers struggling with similar losses. We still need to raise close to $150,000 to reach our goal for Steph’s Place.
