Can you imagine running 650 km? I can't.... but I’m supporting Frederick Dryden and his cause by running the last 5 km as he crosses the finish line in Hamilton. What an exciting day it will be!
Frederick Dryden, founder and managing director of Liberty for Youth is running 650 km from Ottawa to Hamilton to raise money and gain awareness. Why? Due to lack of funding and programming Frederick has had to turn away youth from the program and he has made up his mind that he will never have to turn away a youth ever again. (Read more about his program below)
His goal is to raise $650,000 on his 650 km run to ensure that Liberty for Youth is always equipped to support at-risk youth and help them overcome their past as well as their current circumstances.
