Calling all superheroes to come run, walk, or fly with us at the
2016 Runner's & Walker's Ball
on Saturday, September 10, 2016.
Grab your cape & don your mask! This year’s Runner's Ball will include two scenic trail runs:
- 1 km for children 12 and under (starting at 6:00 p.m.) and
- 6 km run/walk starting at 6:15 p.m.
Both runs are untimed and stroller-friendly! All participants will receive a race kit, finisher’s medal, and refreshments at the finish line.
Dress as your favourite superhero – or create your own – and come on out and show us your super moves! Costume prizes will be awarded for best traditional superhero, best invented superhero, and best superkid (traditional or invented).
All proceeds from this event will benefit the Canadian Diabetes Association.
