Various 2-officer teams from around the tri-state area will start in the "Pursuit" wave as well.  These teams will chase the first wave and try to have a total team time faster than all of the other "Cops and Robbers" Teams.  In addition, the 2-Officer teams will be competing against other 2-Officer teams for the "Crimestopper" Grand Prize (and bragging rights amonst their crime fighting colleagues!).
