RACE DAY INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the fact that we will be closing the Sir John A MacDonald Parkway (previously known as the Ottawa River Parkway) for the Wellness Challenge, we ask that if you expect to take more than 37 minutes to complete the 5 km run, that you enter the 3 km walk.
RACE COURSES
5 km run
- Head North on Tunney’s Pasture Driveway
- Right on Colombine Driveway
- Left on Parkdale
- Head East on the Sir John A. MacDonald Parkway for approx. 1.8 km
- Turn around near Nepean Bay, and retrace the route back to the FINISH LINE!
3 km walk
See map below. The 3 km walk will start on Tunney’s Pasture Driveway in front of the Jean Talon Building in the southbound lane.
- Head North on Tunney’s Pasture Driveway
- Right on Colombine Driveway
- Left on Parkdale
- Head West on the Sir John A. MacDonald Parkway for approx. 650 m
- Turn around and retrace the route back to the FINISH LINE!
· Head North on Tunney’s Pasture Driveway

· Head East on the Sir John A. MacDonald Parkway for approx. 1.8 km
