Help us raise money

On November 19 2013, at 16 months Fiona learnt that she was to undergo heart surgery to repair her pulmonary artery and slide trachoeplasty at the Stollery Childern's Hospital in Edmonton AB. Within 3 days our family had a place to stay at the Northern Alberta Ronald McDonald House. At only $12 a day, the House allowed us to stay in town and be near our Fiona during her hospital stay. Fiona spent the majority of December 2013 in the hospital. As Mom, Dad and Gramma took shifts at the hospital, the others were grateful to have a place close by to rest, allowing us to never leave her side. The House is truly fantastic! They provided home cooked meals, fresh baking, a private room, events for the family and children staying at the house, even brought meals to the hospital when we were unable to make it home. Staying there in the month of December, we witnessed first hand the community of the House. We even experienced a visit from Santa! Help us say THANK YOU and PLEDGE!
