Despite a valiant and courageous battle with cancer, Brynn Lund, passed away at the tender age of 14 years. Brynn was diagnosed with cancer (Rhabdomyosarcoma) in July of 2010. She was a perfect example of enduring to the end. Brynn was continually asking for more and better treatment. Near the end of her life when her body could not take any more, she still would not quit and she never lost hope that she would beat her disease. Brynn loved everything ivivva. She could often be found at Market Mall headed to the ivivva store for a pick me up. She was such a sweet, considerate and polite girl that the ivivva girls quickly fell in love with her. She will be remembered for her infectious smile that left everyone inspired. We run Rock the House Run every year in memory of Brynn. Brynn and her family stayed at Ronald McDonald House during her treatments at the Alberta Children’s Hospital.
