Our story…
Our team, Friends of Grammie, first participated in Lets Roc!! in 2009. This year will be our 7th race! We formed our team to honor and remember Grammie, Antoinette "Toni" Avakian. We miss her every, single day. Sadly, more friends and loved ones have fallen victim to this silent killer, Ovarian Cancer, since we formed our team. We will continue to walk, until there is a cure. Please join us to walk or run to break the silence on this horrible disease. Please consider a donation to raise money for Ovarian Cancer education and research. The money stays local!! Can't wait to see you on race day!
