Help Lakshmi raise money

Our oldest son Kevin is autistic. He was diagnosed at the age of 3. From the time of diagnosis that our son is autistic has been a struggle mentally, physically and emotionally. We have never heard of autism and I did not want to believe it. It took a long time for me to accept that our son needed help in his communication. We registered our son at all the major Toronto hospitals for help. But unfortunately due to the lack of awareness and not enough professionals our son was put on a wait list for therapy. When he started school he was removed from the hospital wait list. The schools were not equipped to handle kids with autism as they too were learning about it. Since then the schools have come a long way to handle kids diagnosed with autism. Kevin is now 21 graduated from high school and attends a Day Program at SAAAC. We have the support of SAAAC to help Kevin to grow and be independent and be accepted in the community. Please donate generously to SAAAC.
