My Story…
I first came to YLI as a rebel rousing teenager, eager to make social change and fight inequities in society, and I found my home with the Marin County Youth Commission. Through my efforts to create safer spaces for LGBT youth in public high schools, I also received the MLK Youth Humanitarian Award from Marin County Human Rights Commission back in 2005!
Now I'm back as the Development Manager, fundraising for YLI, and working to assure that youth voice is front and center with our local elected officials. Please help me to to reach my $300 fundraising goal!
