Help Jonathan raise money

This spring I celebrated my two-year anniversary as CEO at YLI. As CEO, I have clocked 60,000 miles on my car driving across our state to advocate for more opportunities for youth voice. I have had conversations with more than 1,000 youth leaders in that time. In Fresno, I’ve reflected on my grandmother’s opportunity growing up on our family farm in the Central Valley, and in Marin I see the future opportunity for my own children in the youth we partner with from San Rafael to Point Reyes. While there are many people in our country who are pushing fear and anger into our communities, I am motivated each morning because of my deep belief that empowering youth voice can shift the politics in our society towards equity and inclusion. As we think about the 1371 youth we work with across 60 different initiatives every week, we hope you will take the time to donate to support local community development!
