My Story…
On September 24th I plan to seize the day, by running 5K to support those with epilepsy. I also want to raise awareness by being an educator. I have learned so much over these past few years, and the one thing Is knowing that you cannot assume everyone will know what your condition entails. Specifically, I want to run for the Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario Centre who have gone over and beyond to help me understand how to truly live a better life with epilepsy. I also want to run for my sorority/ unit girls! And finally, I want to run for me. 💜

Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario enhances the lives of people living in Southwestern Ontario, who are affected by epilepsy and seizure disorders by providing a network of services that educate, support and build community awareness.
