For over 117 years, Carefor Health & Community Services has been providing home health care and community supports to people living in Ottawa. Carefor’s mission has been to help those in need live comfortably and safely in their homes by providing them with the necessary home health care programs and services they need to support their independence. From nursing to personal care, assisted living options, transportation, house cleaning, rehabilitation services, and respite care to support families with a loved one living with dementia, we continue to develop and deliver services to meet the ever-changing needs of the local communities we serve.
