My Story…

The GoodLife Kids Foundation is a great charity helping children with autism get active and stay healthy. City Chase is an awesome, challenging, and rewarding event which helps fundraise for the Foundation. By donating, you're supporting this great cause, and in return Joel and I are pushing our own physical fitness to the test by competing in the Enduro Chase. 2 years ago we were the Enduro Chase champions, completing 21 challenges across the city in just under 6 hours. After taking a year off to rest and recuperate, we are looking to regain the crown this year, and most importantly raise money for the GoodLife Kids Foundation along the way. Please support us if you're looking for a great cause to donate to this year. Any donations of $20 or more are given an electronic tax receipt.

This summer I’m doing something special. I’m not just preparing to take on Canada’s largest Urban Adventure Race, I’m supporting a great cause while I’m at it! I’m helping provide opportunities for kids with autism to get active as a #FUNdraisingChaser. GoodLife Kids Foundation, the official charity partner of GoodLife Fitness City Chase, has a vision for EVERY Canadian kid to have the opportunity to live a fit and healthy good life. The money we raise will fund ongoing physical activity programs for kids with autism that help break down barriers to participation. Using supports like one-on-one supervision and adapted equipment, these programs help kids with autism get active and participate to their fullest. As a #FUNdraisingChaser I’m also eligible to earn awesome incentives that will help me and my partner out on race day – so your donation is does double-duty – helping kids AND helping me!
