All-Comers Track & Field Meet and California Winter Championships Qualifier at College of San Mateo. All athletes are welcome. High school-aged athletes can use these events to qualify into the California Winter Championships.

Entries:
- Entry Fees are $12 per athlete.
- There will be NO REFUNDS for scratches or no-show athletes.
Entry Procedure
- Entries will be offered electronically. On-site registration will be offered.
- This fee must be paid prior to the meet at packet pickup.
- No Faxed or Phoned entries will be accepted.
- We strongly recommend that you pay your entry fee in advance.

- This meet is considered an all-comers meet. Current high school affiliation will not be considered or recognized.
Other Meet Information
Packet Pick-Up: Packets will be available at the check-in table at the entrance to the stadium. Packets will contain bibs and final instructions.
Spectator Gate: There will be one way into the stadium for spectators at the main stadium entrance. General admission is $5. Individuals 9 and under are free.
Warm-Up Area/Track & Field Facility Access:
- Athletes and coaches should have tents and meeting locations in the stands. Warm ups may occur in the infield or around campus.
- Spectators MUST be in the bleachers or outside fences at all times. Not on the infield or track.
Heat Check-In: Athletes should check-in up to a 1 hour prior to their heat. Just prior to race time, the clerk will give final instructions and alley assignments. The clerk will also escort each heat to the starting line. Remind your athletes to pay attention as we intend to keep things moving quickly. Spectators, teammates, and coaches are not allowed in the finish or chute areas.
Timing: We will be using fully automated timing.
Results: Results will be posted behind the press box and posted available online.
Restrooms: Restrooms will be available near the snack bar and near the baseball stadium.
Concessions: Located at the snack bar. Meet t-shirts will be available for $15.
Medical: There will be an EMT on site. Each athlere is responsible for their own supplies and athletic training equipment.
Weather: The race will occur rain or shine.

Parking is available at Bulldog Stadium off Perimeter Road in the Olympian Lot 12, Stadium Lot 11, Forum Lot 8, and Building Lots 98, C, and D.

About the Facility
Bulldog Stadium is the home of College of San Mateo’s Track & Field and Cross Country programs. The running surface and field event venues are surfaced with Mondo Super X performance. The stadium has been the site for multiple California Community College State Championships. It has also been the site for many age group, high school, community college and open track and field events.
CA Track & Field Winter Championships Qualifier
How to qualify to compete in the CA Winter Championships:
- Qualifying into the CA Winter Championships will be solely based on performance marks
- All marks must be achieved at one of the official Qualifying Meets
- Athletes that win their event must still meet the minimum qualifying standard
Admission into a Qualifying Meet:
- Each athlete must fill out a form / waiver and pay the $12 admission fee
- Athletes will be entered into our software database and given a unique BIB# to identify them
o Athletes not wearing their bib will not be allowed to compete
- Be sure to arrive early to avoid long lines and wait times
- All athletes will compete unattached at qualifier meets –
o team names are not needed until they qualify and register for the Winter Championships
Qualifying into the CA Winter Championships
Qualifying into the CA Winter Championships will be solely based on performance marks, and must be achieved at one of the official Qualifying Meets. Athletes that win their event must still meet the minimum qualifying standard. Athletes may compete in multiple qualifying meets
If an athlete meets the minimum qualifying standards (see chart below) at one of the qualifying meets, that athlete will be invited to compete in the CA Track & Field Winter Championships

Registering for the CA Winter Championships
All qualifying athletes wishing to compete in the CA Track & Field Winter Championship Finals must sign up on the day of the qualifying meet and pay the entry fee at that time. There will be a sign-up table at all qualifying meets; be sure to check with the meet director for location of table.
All registrations must be done at the qualifying meets
NO late registrations accepted
Entry Fee to compete at CA Winter Championships:
$20 per individual for unlimited individual events
$5 per relay member for each qualifying relay
o A separate form must be filled out for each qualifying relay
If an athlete qualifies for 2 individual events and 2 relays, that athlete must fill out
Individual form for all individual events and pay $20
A separate relay form for each relay and pay $5 per relay
Total cost for this athletes is $30
Cash payment is preferred. Checks can be made payable to: Athletics Management
No refunds will be given
Additional Rules / Regulations for the CA Winter Championships
Only athletes currently enrolled in a CA High School may compete
Athletes can participate for only one team
Teams consisting of athletes from more than (1) high school will not be eligible for team scoring or team awards – (No All-Star Teams)
