6:00am – Parking Open
6:30am – Registration open
6:30am – Transition open
7:30am – Volunteer meeting in the main hanger with Volunteer Coordinator
7:30am – swim course open for pre-swim (Lifeguards active)
7:45am – all main race area stations ready
8:00am – Start of races
8:10am – Bike Course ready for racers
8:30am – Water Station must be ready for first runners
8:30am – Run Course ready for racers
9:00am – Start of Open Water Swim races
9:15am – Finish Line ready for first finishers
10:00am – Food Ready for Racers, Volunteers, Spectators
10:30am – Start of Second Round of Races (Short Distance)
10:45am – Full Course/Duathlon AWARDS
11:50am – Short Course / Trail Run AWARDS
12:30pm - take down and done for another year!!
2pm - Entire event is done and out of the quarry.
When you arrive on site you will remort to the volunteer check-in tent which will be located next to the regisration in the main race hub.
Once there, you will meet Robin Barker who is our Head Volunteer Coordinator.
