We accept most forms of insurance, including AHCCCS, and for those who don't have insurance or are underinsured, we offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program that makes it easy to pay for your care. We have convenient locations throughout the valley, offering integrated healthcare services including pediatrics, women’s health, family medicine, dental, pharmacy, WIC and on-site labs.
