end bullying. Bullying can be hard to
recognize. I AM SOMEONE promotes
“Texting 211” where youth can access non-
judgemental, professional support and get
help if they are feeling alone, bullied or

is a charitable organization that seeks to
motivate, build confidence, and spread
knowledge about the importance of
physical activity. If we want children to be
active for life, we must empower physical
literacy at a young age.
