1st 5k ever! Hi everyone. I've been working up to this for a long time. The last couple months I've been running/walking 3 miles as often as I can. Last week I ran 3 miles, nonstop, for the first time in my life. Help me support the Sacramento food bank and donate a little, if you can. Thank you all for your support, no matter what!
