My Story…
Hi, I am Jack and I am a Childhood Cancer Survivor. I am Captain Jack for TEAM J.A.C.K. but it's not all about me. J.A.C.K. - also stands for the Journey Against Cancer for Kids. I want to help make a difference for kids like me that had cancer and for those that are still taking lots of medicine. Come to KidsRun on May 7th, it's tons of fun and we get to run through the park with mascots, play street hockey and have a blast! My mom, dad and 3 brothers are my assistant captains and each of you that have helped me to get better have created my all star team roster. Thank you so much. See you on May 7th!
