Raise money for Tripleshot Youth Cycling Team

The Tripleshot Youth Team represents Tripleshot Cycling Club at National and Provincial Championships and races in the Pacific Northwest. Currently 30 riders, aged 11 to 17, are coached by Head Coach (Lister Farrar), Assistant Coaches (Bryson Bowers, Matt Patriquin) and a Strength and Conditioning  Coach (Nick Patenaude). Following the Long Term Athlete Development model, the team trains up to five days per week after school and on Sundays, focusing on four disciplines of cycling – road, track, cyclocross and mountain – as well as dryland training. Riders also participate for their schools in School Bike League events each spring, or coach younger riders at their schools. A week-long training camp is held each March to prepare riders for the road and track season. Individual athlete fees are subsidized by Tripleshot Cycling Club and its sponsors, and a grant from the BC Gaming Commission.
