My Story…
The Run Across Georgia is 260 miles through the beauty of small town Georgia, with the purpose of raising money for House of Heroes- Chattahoochee Valley and MercyMed of Columbus.
260 miles is a daunting task when hitting the pavement. 260 miles in the Georgia heat on Memorial Day weekend adds a whole new element of difficulty.
For this final year of RAG, 16 SLAM (Sweat Like a Mother) bosses are uniting to make a difference. All the SLAM bosses are at different points in our lives. Some are pregnant, post partum, and nursing mom, moms with toddlers and moms with big kids, and we are coming from all over the United States to raise awareness and money for this amazing event. There will be tears (because it's not a party until we bring our babies on the road with us), cheering, LOTS OF SHORT SHORTS(!!), and tons of SWEAT along the road.
