We're Patty and Jeremy Brehm! About a year ago we began the tough road of infertility that lead us to the decision to become adoptive parents. By joining our team you are helping us get one step closer to fining our future birth mom and meeting our baby. The Chosen team is doing an amazing job of helping build families though adoption. Children in foster care have experienced trauma. Families lack post placement support, resulting in a 50% failure in foster families within the 1st year. With your help, Chosen delivers HOPE by providing the tools that bring restoration and healing for children and families.
