Help Mandy Bridson Beat Stage 4 Cancer

Many of us know Steve Bridson, Mandy's husband as the humble ultra runner that runs like a banshee, wins a few races here & there & wears the t-shirt "I hate running."  Late in 2015, his wife Mandy was diagnosed with colon cancer. Fast forward 2 years and the disease has advanced to stage 4. Sadly, traditional medicine has no impact and Mandy had no more alternatives for healing in Canada. Mandy is now receiving alternative treatment at a clinic in Arizona but her family needs help to pay for the treatment.  

We have always supported the Bruce Trail with proceeds from this race but this year we will direct 1/2 the proceeds to go towards supporting Mandy's treatment. If you want to add to the funds, your donation will be very greatly appreciated.  The ultra community is very tight knit and this tugs at a lot of our heart strings. We do want to support each other when we are in need.
